DIY Deep Conditioner for my Natural Hair

As of this new year I will stay on top of things with my hair journey. After my big chop I took a long break not caring for my kinks for about 5 months and I realized my hair was going nowhere, if it was growing I wouldn't know because it was breaking at the same time and my hair felt super dry and that wasn't good

PS. I blame it on my vacation, I was so out of my element when I came back home.

Healthy hair is a big deal with us girls who wants long and strong hair. I only wash was my hair once per week some might find that strange but it's perfectly normal to me. After doing my research on natural hair , i get what is available in my location. i fell In love with my hair even more because of its texture after using all natural products and food.
These ingredients should be very easy to get in your supermarkets or health shops. With these goodies you will have little or now damage hair, healthy looking hair, strong hair, and say goodbye to dull hair. You will realize how soft your hair feels, how manageable it will be all the the better to make styling easier ,  your natural hair colour  will come alive, your hair will be full of moisture and have a beautiful shine.

How to make it:
Get a bowl and mash avocado and banana together using a fork or a masher. After getting the consistency to your liking add 2 tbsp of honey, 1tbsp glycerin, an egg, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 tlbs extra Virgin olive oil, 1tbsp castor oil, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 3 tlbs Shea butter (unrefined) and 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Mix them all together then pour into your food processor or blender and blend until all the bits have disappeared. Damp your hair with water first before applying your mixture, leave it on your hair for 45-60mins. If your hair is short this can last you two or three uses. Keep refrigerated for four weeks. It's best to deep condition your hair once per week not every three days because you don't want to over treat your hair.
Enjoy !!
