Yummy Berries

Perfect summer Snack


This is a great summer feast for breakfast, lunch or snacking. Its so light, citrusy, yummy and also good for you. Berries provide antioxidant, fibre, potassium, folic acid, iron, vitamin C and B vitamins, which your body love to gather. You can use any berries of your choice. I just make a yogurt bathe for my berries and sprinkle some granola on top for some extra crunch. Its so simple and easy to make !

How i made it  (Yogurt Bathe)
  1. 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
  2. 1tbsp of fresh orange/orange juice
  3. 2 tbsp of honey
  4. 1/8 tsp of cinnamon
  5. 1/8 tsp of nutmeg
Then add my berries and sprinkle my granola over it then mix and your done!!
NB!! I cut my strawberries into sizable bites.
