Starting off the Monday with beautiful and tasty things, is one way to a happy Monday, especially when there is loads to get done. After making this delicious smoothie I decided to sit out in the backyard and enjoy the scenery of the golf course and ocean from a distance. I know this sounds like a holiday in the sun but not a hope.
The weather here in Ireland is nothing like what a real summer weather should feel like. I have my cousin Debbie here visiting from the States and she think this weather is craziness!
